First they quote you, then upsell you to buy new aircon. If you refuse to buy new, they dont repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aircon in the master bedroom didn't blow cold air. Mr. Ong and Mr. Loy from Winfinity came to check and helped me solve the issue. They explained to me the problem very patiently and advised me the best solution. I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and the excellent service provided. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst aircon service I have ever met. Signed a contract of 4 services in a year. First service, the guy never connect back the thermostat , causing the aircon to malfunction after awhile. Have to engage another repair man to check. Found the problem. 3rd service, again, before servicing , the room can be cooled down. After servicing, the room cannot be cooled down. Excuse given is hat it need chenical wash. Last service is unspeakably unforgivable. Scheduled for 2-5pm on Sat, but no show. Quarter past 5, service man called. By then, we have already left for our other activities, cannot expect us to wait for their arrival and cancelling all our appointment. WORST OF THE WORST aircon servicing
