★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get a wax - fuss free, fast and convinient location, though only Singaporean residents & PRs get to try on the trial price (if first time). The trial price is not applicable to visitors and tourist, not sure if this is common practice in Singaporean but is the first time I've heard.
I'd still rate 5 stars for the actual waxing service and it's one of the few places in Singapore where you can book and make queries via WhatsApp and they very responsive in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Winx for about 11years. I found them during Groupon times. I tried other waxing place in Groupon but I decided to just sign up at wink Wax. The staff are very friendly. If i found a place I love, I will be loyal to them. Been with them since then until my last week in Singapore. Thank you ladies for taking care of me. I see you when i see you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had one of the most comfortable brazilian wax here! i’ve tried multiple therapists from other salons and nothing compares to the experience i had here. it was pain of course (that is inevitable) but it was so bearable. i usually dread going for brazilian waxes but the therapist was so gentle which made the pain very tolerable. therapist name is CARENE. totally recommend her and definitely see myself coming back for her services! left the salon very impressed and happy thanks to her! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice and friendly. But didn’t like the services I went for. First, they didn’t get hair in first go. Even after they finished, there were hair left in so many areas. Then Waxing feels like shaving mostly because the hair started growing back on the 3rd day only. They were not removed from the root but broken from the skin surface. Bad experience!

My threshold of pain is rather low but her waxing skills make for a smooth and virtually painless experience each time. Those who have tried other salons will understand that it takes quite a lot of skill and dexterity to achieve a clean wax. I have only ever left the salon extremely satisfied with the great job they do each and every single time. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. No qualms recommending them to all my friends.
