★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place for shopping, just like a dead town.. The condo quality was bad, I stayed there with my hubby for 2 years all things like torn apart.. The worse experience is the main door, all screws went rusty and dropped off.. My hubby has to specially come home to open and close the door for me to go work before it had been repair as the door was too heavy for me to handle.. I am a Singaporean staying in HDB when I was young, HDB quality is much better than this condo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern looking neighbourhood shopping centre. Unfortunately (strangely), not all shops are occupied. It needs traction from having more shops opened. There a good cafe next door at V-One called Nook & Cranny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a 1bedroom here for a year between 2017-2018. The location was convenient to Marymount and lots and lots of food nearby. The build business units in basement are quite dead and bit confusing to find. There’s a cake shop that can do custom cakes which was very convenient.
