★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their balloons are definitely NOT durable. For the pricing, I would have expected better quality. The staff told me the helium filled foil balloons can last a week but it didn’t even last two days. The pink balloon, as shown in the photo, deflated a few hours later too. And seriously, a $2 foil balloon from Daiso last far longer than their seemingly branded Anagram balloons. I wonder if the products were kept too long hence they don’t last.
To seller/owner: US made anagram balloons doesnt mean it is especially lasting. This is definitely not the first time I’m dealing with foil-balloons. The small bouquet I’ve bought from your shop was for decoration and we did not play with it. If they were mishandled during transportation, the balloons would not even last a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Party supplies store at Novena. Had plenty of balloon choices I was going a little crazy spoilt for choices.
The shop owner was also very helpful and patient with my fickle mind. Also shared tips and tricks to extend the longevity of the big helium balloons I ordered.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely high prices for balloons that can be bought elsewhere at cheaper prices. Staff offered to lower the price but… $34 for 4 relatively small balloons and party hat is a bit too much.
Only redeeming factor is the range of selection of party products but for simple celebrations, this place is a no-go.
Suggest you do your research before coming to this place.

Prices are not overly crazy as there is a good wallet friendly-ish options too.
Helium balloons of all various types to choose from! Great hidden gem!
