Get to try the flagship phones here.
Even better condition than those testing units in Telco shops, where it's common to see bloated phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male staff (init: J...h) was rude beyond belief - with no respect for genuine customers whatsoever and for himself for that matter. Such behavior is not only unfair to Xiaomi, but brings a bad name to other decent Spore retailers in general. Sorely disappointed. Utterly insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs at tiong baru outlets were friendly and courteous. The guy staff ask me to sign up as member to knock off the purchase price. A lady by the name of Serin was especially helpful. Test the phone for me and guide me on how to transfer to my new phone. Even offer to go back to her the next day if i encounter any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male staff (morning 04/05/19) is rude !!! I put on my phone to test how long the fast charger can charge up 1% to decide if I should buy. The staff approached and unplugged the charging cable out of the dock without asking me, mentioned that charging phone is not allowed here.
He can just politely remind me not to charge phone and I can explain why I put my phone there and what am I testing. Not a well trained staff indeed. I walked out and decide not to come to this store any further in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a robot vacuum from this store but had difficulties in connecting vacuum to app. Went back to store and sales staff, Mr Wong Chee Keong patiently checked my hp's software to ensure that my software is not the cause. He also guided me step by step to set up the connection. Told me to call him again if I am still lost. Thank you very much for your service.
