★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installers didn’t warn of extra charges that was on top of urgent installation.
Basically they have forgotten to gift the freebie, needed to reminded them to give the freebie, and then gave the freebie after all the installations. Which on top of the $107 urgent installation, charged another $10 for the installation. The freebie was a doorviewer and the lcd screen felt like an ancestor device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try Yale as a replacement for my other digital locks which barely lasted 2 years. I’m sure Yale won’t last forever as well but I’ll hit it a shot.
I only needed one main feature; dual unlocking of gate and door, for convenience sake.
The shop experience itself was great. There were demo sets available and clear product explanation.
I was served by Nikki at Toa Payoh who was very polite and her customer service was great. I was very impressed by her product knowledge and her follow-ups are quick.
Overall a good experience so far.

I was greeted by Nikki and within 5 minutes, Nikki has fully understood my requirements and demonstrated her product knowledge by walking through every single lock, it’s benefits, the different channels to unlock it, and the full range of features it offers.
I was blown away by the level of service, and more importantly by her knowledge and patience. She’s embodies the epitome of customer service and I left the store with my purchase, completely discarding my initial plan of checking out their competitors.

Not only is she friendly but she knows her product well and the best part about her is her after sale service ? The installer by the named of Shah was very professional in his work and is a meticulous worker. He also teaches me on how to take care of the lock. Thank you both for your good service !!❤ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor commercial experience. Went down to this flagship store, twice, to ask about specific features for a smartlock. Got confirmed twice that the model I was asking for supported it, only to discover, after installing, that the feature is not available on the model i bought. No commercial follow up, no assistance thereafter (despite calls and what's app). Don't waste time, head to smaller retailer as they might know their part better...
