★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a lousy experience at Nex outlet. I was enquiring on a precious gem that I've read that can help with sleep quality. One of the sales girl then recommended the gem in beads chain form which is not what I was looking for. I asked again if there is any in its raw form so I can just place it under my pillow as I do not have the habit of wearing beads chain. She then arrogantly said that if I cannot change my habit of wearing beads, I would just have to accept whatever problem that I had needed help on. What a disappointing experience. I would never want to step into the shop again to subject myself to such a treatment.
