★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nervous to go for my first yoga experience, never been the most flexible person, I was worried that I would not be able to follow the instructor. Thankfully, I had the most amazing first ever yoga experience during evening basics class with Erin F. at the Novena location. Her pace and clear instruction coupled with a very soothing voice was very enjoyable for me. I also appreciated the clean and spacious room ( especially during Covid ) + affordable price. 10/10 recommend to friends and signing up for more classes.
