★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Zipato Tile home automation system from this company a few months back. Had a dead time contacting them and their office has no one working inside. Had to contact them multiple times before they finally come down to set up the whole system and to calibrate it with my air con and lights.
The system screen became black and unresponsive the very next day. Tried contacting their tech guy that help me set up the system, Jason. I was told they will check on their side to see what was wrong and revert. They could not get it to work on their end and Jason told me on 30th Jan (Tuesday) that he will come to my place on Friday to resolve the issue. He did not turn up on Friday.
I have been trying to contact their company and Jason since then with no response from either. The product is unreliable and unstable. The service give us even worse.
