★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the second time after a month to get another colour and treatment with high hopes but was disappointed at the outcome of the entire procedure. Even though the service was decent,the colour I received was way darker as compared to the one I initially asked for. The colour made no difference as compared to my initial hair colour. Secondly, I asked for the keratin $98 treatment but the staff recommended the $148 keratin treatment which included additional straightening of hair which was said to be longer lasting. After the first hair wash, I saw no difference as my hair was still very frizzy and the additional $50 was totally not worth it. Needless to say, will not recommend going for treatment here as there are other salons offering cheaper prices for better outcomes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across a FB promo and we managed to get appointment slots the same week. Hairstylists were very honest and knowledgeable with regards to their services and products. Discussed the cost upfront, respected our decision and no hardselling throughout the entire session. Andy, my hairstylist was also very friendly and gave helpful opinions regarding the color that i initially wanted. I am happy with the services provided including the final product. Recommended as it was a comfortable 4 hours in the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. The staff are super friendly and lets us know the best option for our hair. The service was 100%. It can get crowded at times so you have to book an appointment. Highly recommend this place because it's very worth it and my permed hair looks amazing :).

He will give you the advice of the hairstyle after hearing from you, and in the end the result was amazing.
I’m very satisfied with it.
The team is friendly and with a professional attitude.
Highly recommended to try their service if you are still hesitating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylists there were very friendly & i am happy with how my hair turned out. They were direct with the cost at the start too and the service was great. My stylist, David was very friendly, meticulous and pay a lot of attention to details from the cutting, bleaching to dyeing and even washing and styling of hair. He is very experienced and puts in a lot of care, heart and effort in his work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my first time visiting 123 Hair Art, was excited and though I've find a good salon as they have quite a number of good reviews. Yes their staff are very friendly but when deciding on what treatment to do they straight up sell another treatment which is double the price of what i wanted initially. Telling me this is much better for my hair so i expected to be really good as i paid double i suppose to. Its a disappointment as the result is not what i expected so its not worth it. Moreover i saw other salon doing this treatment at a much affordable price. Actually i regret choosing 123 Hair Art.
