This is important because it's easy to make things look pretty, but to have it well designed with strong functionality adds so much more to it's value
There are many small touches that he has considered in his designs that even though he might not have raised it but have important functionalities and purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted the studio due to the good reviews, and we liked their design styles. After several chat messages with slow responses, we tried to fix a meeting. Then when I confirm the meeting time and address, there is no more reply. Not sure if this is their strategy to refuse a project that they don't want to have?? Overall, very disappointed with this studio.

He listened to our requests and tried giving suggestions and ideas on what was best for the reno. He’s also responsive with his replies and professional with his work. Im glad that I engaged him to do my kitchen. In fact we are currently engaging him to do our built in wardrobe. That explains how much we trust his work. I would highly recommend Nic.
