155 South Bridge - Retail & Café - 39 Pagoda St

Horrible experience. Ordered the crystal durian mooncakes from 155 South Bridge, only to have them contact me a few days later to tell me they are out of stock and will be making the refund. However, I kept following on the refund status and was being told that they were unable to locate my payment despite the fact that the $100.80 deduction was shown in my PayPal statement, credit card statement and bank statement. This place will not hesitate to hold on to your money despite the fact that they were unable to deliver the ordered products in the first place. Very disappointing experience. Had to eventually go through escalation within PayPal to get my money back, then the seller said they have prepared a cheque for my refund. I have purchased their crystal mooncake from a roadshow before and felt that it was unique and nice. But with such poor service, I don't think it is worth patronizing them ever again.
