a	aldaff joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to the lvl 2 alteration shop to tapped n alter my pants but when i received it the following week my pants is still big n the length is below my ankle but i i a them to tapped n alter my pants but thxs to the alteration shop at basement 1 they really follow what the customer wants n can received it around only 1 or 2 working days

I have 3 dresses to alter while the other customers that they served have only 1 piece. Guess their business is bad until they have to take in as much orders as possible. I had to spend half an hour in the shop so that they can finish the other customers orders. Not going to come back again.

Went to collect my items but forgot to alter my denim skirt. so i had to make a second trip. On my second trip when i tried on, it was still loose and not the fit i want. However she was so damn rude she told me to deal with it and said it is meant to be worn lower. I am the one paying for my alterations and the one wearing it, i prefer to wear my skirts hugh waisted yet she did not manage to meet my needs. She rudely told me to deal with it. When I stood there showing her my skirt was still loose she ignored me. She made me come for a second trip yet did not alter what I wnated nad she was so rude. Really too much. Super rude
A	A G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st and last visit to this place. There were some errors in alteration. Just wanted to amend it but seamtress was rude and argumentative. Told me I need to pay again. Didn't make sense. When i first tried on the dress with flat shoes, the dress was pinned to a length that briefly touched the floor. After alternation and I tried the dress with high heels, the length of the dress still touches the floor. One other altered pants was in uneven length, is obvious but she claimed that I do not know how to wear properly. Seamstress raised her voice and insisted she wont do my business anymore, repetitively said she doesnt know why there were errors （我不知道）and that I agreed to the length. It doesn't make sense to me to pay again with all visual evidence in place. I will pay again if I wanted new changes but not this. Not recommended with seamtress being defensive and unreceptive.

Sent a pants there to have the waist hemmed smaller but ended up having to change out the zip to accommodate my bigger hip and small waist. Slightly costlier alteration, around $20 for switching out the zip and changing it to the invisible one. But I appreciate them coming up with a solution. Have also brought many of my other tops and shorts to hem with them. Simple hemming costs $4-6. Always a good experience with them :-)
T	Tan Jermaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Changing area was clean and spacious for you to try on for a more accurate fit. Cons: The worst alteration experience I ever had. Decided to pop by since I was over at the area. Wanted to make minor alteration to a dress but experienced a terrible service. After trying on the dress, I was rushed to make a decision after they decided to quote more than what was agreed upon before i try. During the process, I felt bullied because the seamstress make unnecessary comments like "I cannot give up the whole forest for you (in Chinese)" and other negative remarks that were uncalled for which almost make me cried even when I told her it was okay if she attended to other customer first while I deliberate on the areas I want to alter a little more at a corner. My first time there and definitey last time there. Would not recommend anyone to get their clothes altered there.
