Dr Wan was friendly, understanding and thorough in his explanations. I did the mole removal on the same day as my consultation, and I am very happy with the results. Overall, excellent service, location is excellent as well. Highly recommend!

They never fail to leave you feeling more comfortable and confident. Always a joy seeing them. Secondly, the doctor is extremely well informed and knows his stuff. Halfway through the treatments we made an informed decision to switch from radiofrequency to fractional as the results would have been more obvious. And it truly made a huge difference! Am genuinely happy with my results and would highly recommend anyone with skin issues/dilemma!

The doctor was very informative and transparent about all of the different removal options based on specific risks, concerns, and price, and I didn’t feel pressured to make any specific decision. When it came to the removal itself, it was practically painless and while the healing took a few weeks, the suggested creams and products they gave me did absolute magic and helped to expedite the process. Unfortunately, two of the moles I had removed ended up recurring, but they were removed again (free of charge, which was really great, in my opinion, and a testament to the clinic’s commitment to helping you achieve the desired results you came for). Dr Wan took extra effort to help understand and prescribe the right treatment solution. He even explained the nature of my pigmentation and mole issues to help understand the different treatments available. The high level of transparency and service delivery is exceptional. Cherine is also very helpful to take me through the facility, while guiding me on the next steps. She set a high bar as she pays careful attention to every patient (serving water/beverages, consistent updates on time to wait, amazing facial prep and post treatment facial). When it comes to the medications, she even took time to write down the instructions for use. I will definitely recommend 1Aesthetics for its service and its ambience of design decor to everyone.
