My wife visited the branch at Northpoint and the service was exceptionally satisfying, especially Benny who assisted me in a reasonable price and value for money and for Jenny who did my hair rebond and color I really liked it kudos team sure I will come back again! ?⭐️

Hard selling involved and pressure tactics. Would not recommend anyone to go. Even if the hair style is decent u will be very stressed from the hardselling and ruin your mood for the week. Chinatown outlet.

I had a very bad experience with iGravity west gate, after the first visit was sales talk to sign up k gloss and hair coloured packaged. Finally I sign up 3 services each because I thought it is near my home and I no need to travel so far which I don’t mind to try. On the second visit, was given a bad service when after done my k gloss I was left there seated for 2 hours and was told manpower not enough that day. A sales lady come to help up the iron my hair. When she saw got potential sales for the next client. She left and I am half way with her job. Cox of the chemical on my head with the iron heat, my eyes are super pain, red and tears keep coming out. I made appointment days before my visit and if the at day they got not enough manpower should give customer a call to let us know. The third time before CNY…another sales lady come and try sales talk me to sign up more package. I cannot imagine that at all.

Was convince to get the promotion package after rejecting it many times, promising that installment can be done when I did my hair at Westgate. Please note that if you get the package at a different branch, you will be frowned upon by the Tanjong Pagar branch despite the promise earlier by the sales manager saying that you can still use the amount you already PAID first few instalments to enjoy the package services as long as your account have money to deduct, and only need to make the last payment when visiting back Westgate branch. I PAID in full my instalment this month, but Was rejected by Tanjong Pagar branch today with a half pass reasoning stating cos you have to make FULL payment to enjoy the services and insist that I have remaining dues not paid, which is unreasonable cos that’s against what was agreed and promised by the saloon when signing the pavan age. Extremely unprofessional, and inconsistent in their services and over-promised selling.

Warning, don't go. Went for the outlet at Westgate. casslyn (manager) was rude and curt. Tried the k gloss treatment and the chemical when into my eyes and were burn but casslyn did not apologise and insisted that it was not the chemical. She put chemical on my hair but she didn't pull back my hair. Also casslyn will just pull my hair with her hands and when she was trying my hair, she used too much force than needed. During hair treatment, this guy burn my ears with heat from the machine and he did apologize. Worse service ever. Best part? After paying 100 SGD for k gloss, my hair didn't have any improvement thereafter. Will never go back again.

Westgate Outlet Had an extremely bad experience with 1Gravity (Westgate Outlet). I purchased a voucher from fave (digital perming + treatment) and went for an appointment. However, after reaching the salon, the hair stylist insisted that my hair was TOO dry to do digital perming. I requested for her to do a test strand and she did it extremely unwillingly. Afterwards, she did not even bother to explain what was wrong with the test strand, she simply insisted that my hair was not suitable (without any prove) and I had to pay an additional $100 plus to do another treatment instead of the original voucher that I had purchased. Eventually, she requested I leave the store as I did not want to pay additional $100 for the hair treatment. After leaving 1Gravity, I felt extremely disappointed and angry as I have already took off day from work and went all the way down to get my hair done. No compensation was given and no alternative hair service was given. I was only given the option to do a treatment (which I had to top up additional $100 plus). The hair stylist made me feel extremely insecure about my hair and I actually went to 3 other stores around Jurong East to ask them about my hair quality and whether my hair is suitable for digital perm. I have asked ( Vintage Studio - right beside 1Gravity, Apgujeong Hair Studio @Jem and Snip Avenue ) ALL 3 salons have mentioned that my hair is indeed suitable for perming. Vintage Studio did mention that my ends will be dryer than the other parts of the hair and I may need to trim the ends. But ultimately, all 3 other salons have said that my hair quality is suitable for digital perming. I am unsure why 1Gravity insist that my hair is TOO DRY and not suitable, refusing to offer the service. (Are their chemicals too harsh and customers would need PERFECT hair in order to perm their hair?) They kept pushing for the alternative kgloss treatment which I needed to pay extra. Overall, did not even get to redeem my fave voucher and the whole appointment was a disappointment. Not sure if it is because I was using a voucher and hence met with this kind of service, but I will definitely not visit this place again. (Not even sure if fave will refund me :'( as I did not even get to use the service!)

I have been going to 1Gravity to do my hair by Franky at Tanjong Pagar . The service is great and Franky always knows what kind of perm and colour I prefer and always satisfy my request. All staff in the salon are very friendly and helpful. It’s so relaxing doing my hair at the salon!
