Absolutely terrible refund process. Had to contact them 3 times for them to actually do something about it. - Update on the refund. Still haven't received anything. They have now accused my bank of failing to process the refund that was supposedly made from their website. Don't trust this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered the goods but the goods could not be delivered due to customs problems. I had to cancel the order. I asked for a refund, the seller took a long time. And a refund in the form of in -store credit. I threatened to take legal action before the seller returned my money. But I lost RM55.98 from a transaction that I could not get the goods but my money was lost. The service was very bad and disappointing and I was fooled. Think before you buy. Please be careful.

BEWARE! IT IS SCAMS! Below was the email replied from them: I am Sorry. We have to cancel this order. We tried again, but our declarations system is unable to upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest. The system rejects when the item may be - Not Permissible/ D.G. (IATA) / Discontinued/ Wrongful/ Restricted/ Controlled/ Prohibited or Unavailable by (i) the export country legislation, (ii) import country legislation, (iii) aviation requirements, or (iv) manufacturer's or brand's territorial restriction. We have flagged this item for review and alternative sourcing (it may take some time). This product might, however, may still be available for the merchant to ship to another country. Cancellation and Full Refund (if any). We will bear all the Cancellation Fees. (approved by mgr). Then the refund will not go into your bank account, the funds credited to your 1Outlets account which cannot withdraw out. Then when you try order for other items, same replied email from them.

I was very hesitant to the authenticity of this website but it turned out to be legit and my experience was great. I was constantly being updated of the status of my order and even receiving calls from 1outlet team foe the update. The item I purchase arrive about a month from making the order and it is 2 weeks earlier from the expected delivery when i make the order. I will share this to my friends and I will definitely be making another purchase soon.

I ordered toys for my daughter that were not available in India. I had the most smooth experience with them. It came earlier than expected and very well packaged. I also got very prompt updates on my parcel and tracking information.

I had submitted an error in my contact number. Contacting the customer service, they handled it superbly. It was resolved and I finally received my parcel. Parcel arrived in very good condition. Parcel was handled with much care and it showed. Kudos to 1Outlets.

Ordered a cleaning product and when they couldn't supply I was told I had a store credit, I was never offered a refund. I then spent more money to buy a Fitbit which again they couldn't supply so I then asked for a refund. They said this would take 30 days to process. It's been 3 MONTHS and I still haven't received my refund. Use this site at your own risk!!

Despite the shipment takes a sometime to deliver to my place, I am happy to receive the item as it was replacement part for mine that was damaged before this..
