3 Motorwerkz

Today's my first visit to 3 Motorwerkz and it could have ended disastrously. Instead of placing the key somewhere inside the car after completion of servicing the workshop for some strange reason left it on one of the windshield wipers and I drove off without realising it. Imagine the trouble I would have found myself in had the key fallen onto the highway during my journey home! How such carelessness happened is beyond me. On a more positive note the workshop replied my messages pretty promptly and service was efficient. Must say I was disappointed though that the car did not receive a quick wash which I used to get from my previous workshop.

Just had my Honda Vezel serviced this morning. Changed the engine oil, transmission fluid and front brake pads. Not my first time servicing my car here. I have nothing but praises for Joe, Jay and his team. They are fast, efficient, hard working, knowledgeable, quality workmanship, patient with customers and most of all, wallet friendly prices. They come highly recommended.

Enquired about some servicing matters on my car via WhatsApp. Within minutes, Teo called me back on the issues which I had messaged and advised me to go to the service centre as my car is still under warranty and ensure the issue is put on records so that should the same thing happen post warranty, at least i am able to save some money. I appreciate his quick response and honesty. Instead of telling me to head down, pretend to do some checking then charge a fee; he took time to understand what had happened, explain to me what can be done and guide me throught he process. This is one honest business and they have earned my trust and respect. Thanks again!

I would like to recommend to this shop they are reliable chaps and Only advise necessary things to be done or replace. Not an anyhow charging people. they will treat You well and just don't be skeptical is enough. Price reasonable and affordable.

Reasonable price with discount. Stock Honda Fit Suspension. Fast changing. Good workmanship. Highly recommend to come. ???

A few friends recommended this workshop and hence tried it with confidence. The price is reasonable but the checks on the vehicle not v detailed and caused me a lot of inconvenience. 3 mth after servicing got the engine oil not enough warning alert which needs a top up of “1 “ liter oil. Then have to go back top up. No leakage, which mean they never top enough. They didnt respond why this happened. After that went VICOM car inspection and FAILED! Had arranged for the car servicing before inspection to get it ready. Had taken many days of leave just to settle these servicing stuff. Yes they may be reasonably cheap but my time is also money. Maybe business is too good as they have 3 workshops and constant stream of customers that they don’t have time to pay attention to details. If u need a service, they chg oil and never check the car. If u need this replacement, they just do what is necessarily without extra check.

Boss Jay is very friendly, he can help clients to save money, for example, my car Power Steering Pump has noise, some other workshops asked me to replace it to new; But Jay just changed the soft hose & the noise disappeared, so I saved money for a lot. Thanks, Jay.

So I have always seen my car group recommending motorwerkz and decided to give a try after my engine light suddenly lights up for no apparent reasons. The first thing they did is to use the odb reader to perform basis diagnostic. Upon checking, they asked if I had warranty, and should go there to save the money. Before I could answer, he roughly took a look at my mileage and said most likely have, and check with the service centre. If don't have, then go back to them. Did not charge me a cent for their consultation and diagnostic. Really professional bunch!
