★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice neighborhood. It has a fairly big playground for both small kids and bigger kids. The exercise corner is also stationed just right next to it. Parents can keep an eye out for their little kids playing while.using the exercising stations. The coffeeshop nearby also has nice food, all the stalls serve fairly nice food items. I especially live the fish soup there. The drinks stall has very nice ice milk tea as well! Next to the coffee shop is dominos pizza. So for.those who fancy some fast food can visit dominos, which serve tasty pizza. There are also other bakery, salon, clinic and prime supermarket located within the same area as well, which is within walking distance from the coffeeshop. Convenient for people living in the community.
