No sorry or any form of apology and continue doing his things. Honestly very very bad 1st time experience to haiyang with such bad customer service. Advise you guys reading this to think twice before heading down. Better luck with pinnacle or iwarna if you are staying in the east. Would give a 0 star rating if there is an option
