I first came to them a couple of years ago when they were just a tyre shop & found them to be reasonably priced & honest. Today they have expanded to a double unit full fledged fleet maintenance shop. Their boss & mechanics are very young & energetic. They are eager to provide good service & solved problems on my 11 year old Alphard. If they cant solve it the first time, they will make sure it gets solved eventually with no additional charges for follow up visits. And they actually bothered to ask me how the car is doing after the repair despite being very busy. Very hard to find this type of excellent service.

Very reasonable prices, staff were polite too. Had to wait quite a bit for tyres and rims to be changed but there's a comfortable waiting area.

Decided to go to this 365 last minute to replace my worn out tyre. Fortunately, they are not busy and able to attend to me immediately. All Prices are listed on their website. Fast and excellent service. However, wheel alignment is done by another workshop if you need.

Went down for tires changing. Serve by their friendly girl staff and explained nicely the prices and waiting time. Took about 30mins+ to change my 4 tires. They are really fast and professional. Definitely will go back again in the future.

Was recommended this place by a friend, upon reaching, spoke to a lady admin confirm the model and price of tyres, service rendered, was informed workshop is busy at the moment to come back after running my errands. I come back to the workshop around 5.10pm, still busy, I told the admin will go to the coffee shop to grab some coffee. Around 5.45pm walk back to the workshop, just saw the foreman driving my car to the service bay. I went upstairs and wait at the customer lounge. Around 6.15pm received a call from the admin lady, she informed that her foreman was looking for me. The foreman explain my rim is a bit wobbly, then followed by the model of tyres I wanted is no longer available and they had removed my old tyres. The foreman upsell telling me to go for another brand. No more stock, need to wait for new stock and need to pay extra. I informed the foreman, this was not what we agreed, shouldn't you be getting the new tyres ready before removing the old one from the rims. I gave both the foreman and the admin an earful. Admin lady apologise but cannot feel the sincerity. I was utterly disgusted by their business approach and decided to go for another tyres shop. If you want to upsell can tell me upfront not wasting 1.5 hours of my life. My advise is to use this shop at your own risk.

Good rate for Tyre. Nice and quite waiting area. But service us slow due to many customers. Wish they can work on cue management or by appointment.

The admin girl who serve me is friendly and it take around 1hr 30 to 45mins roughly to change all my tyres. The price they quote is cheaper based on Michelin brand ones compare to other nearby tyre shops.

Good & value purchasing of tyres here, fresh stock yr 1421 for ae51, abt an hour for DT with pre arrange before coming, applicable cp charges > half an hr ;( 10Q, 365 auto
