★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a chocolate birthday cake at this local bakery. After trying cakes from famous stores, where they charged by per slice, I still prefer this kind of old school cake. Brings back memories of my childhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the pies and wanted to try one. So got myself the almond pie for $1.50. I didn’t expect it to be this light and crispy that the pieces can be carried by gentle wind. I love super light pastry and totally enjoyed it. Will try the other flavours when I pass by again.
