Had a few ID before until I met this nice and friendly ID Joanne, really grateful for her to help me do up my resale flat. She proposed to initiate to discuss on planning for our house and gave us ideas of how to save space for storage to let the hse look more spacious and modern which meet our requirement. I like how the way she handle, very professional, patience and accomodating also her reply was fast too. Thankful for her and company for assurance that the outcome is more than what we desire. Indeed a great experience with her. Highly recommended??

My ID Bryan was fantastic. We approached him for a minimalist theme, he came up with something like a cross breed between a scandal-modern theme, love the chromatic finishes and all the natural wood laminates. Very lovely indeed! Despite our busy schedule (and yes Bryan's busy schedule as well). We were both able to accommodate each other's schedules! I guess there's some sorta chemistry right there with Bryan, it's pretty magical working with someone like him.

My Mum ID is Joanne ...She is very friendly and thoughtful. Very meticulous, give gd and useful ideas... She follow up in the whole renovation works... Highly recommend Joanne ??????????

Met the id, Joanne and was very impressed by her explanation. She goes thru every detail and was always ready to give her feedback to our ideas. She was very straightforward. During reno, she was always there to see that all was going as planned if the things that we want can't be done be it cos of cost or other stuff, she will always discuss with us first. As homeowners, we might b fussy but she's very calm and always suggest us to a better option to save us some cash. And she completes the reno on time. Highly recommend Joanne to all folks out there seeking to reno their home.

Poor and untimely communication with ID Mack Yeo. I don’t even think he knows what he’s doing. Kitchen cabinets were not done according to specs and when asked to correct they just said “oh cannot.” Kitchen windows were not installed properly and constantly leaks and again refused to rectify. Basically they don’t take ownership of their mistakes. Take your money and run cos if you don’t, they will.

The process of renovating a home is intimidating and stressful to first timers like us, not knowing what to expect and whether at the end of this journey we will be satisfied with the outcome. Like most, we’ve searched online for an ID and went for rounds of consultations to finally sign the contract with Ms Joanne Tay. She is reliable and dependable to help us achieve our desired home. We believe that trust and open-communication is the most important factor when it comes to hiring an ID especially when we’re hearing so much about renovation disputes these days. Joanne has proven to us that she is a trustworthy and reliable ID. Here are some (factors) that we noticed about Ms Tay: Joanne has proved to us that she delivers what she promised within the said timeline. Although our renovation timeline coincides with CNY and there’s a shortage of workers, Joanne was still able to proceed without hiccups or delays. We started renovations at the end of December and it was completed in March as promised. From our conversations, we can gather that Joanne is experienced and has an eye for detail. As we bought a resale unit, there are a lot of existing fixtures to take into consideration. Joanne was able to provide us with valuable and feasible suggestions. We are confident that Joanne will continue to excel in her service to other homeowners who are looking to renovate their home.

Very glad to have Marc Mak assigned to us as our ID. He's very responsive n responsible in his work. He follows up on our project to ensure everything is in place despite juggling multiple projects on hand. Most importanatly we got our house on time and very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Six months after moving in we have no problems with our 2 room flexi flat at Dawson.. 3D Tommy did a great job in managing the time of works and they have their own workshop to fabricate all the constructions with no down time. The gradient for the run off in the shower area was nicely done. The water flow perfectly into the floor trap bypassing one side of the toilet base.
