★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed sun film on a few windows as it was not possible to put shades there. The results were great. The service guys very polite n professional. It is little pricey but the warranty is for 10 years plus so worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get their advise for some tape that is safe for cars so I called to spoke with the customer service. I was told someone would from the sales team would contact me in 3-5 working days. 1 week later I called again to ask for updates and customer service Agnes could see that there was a urgent note to my request however not sure why no one called yet. So she said she will expedite my request by sending to the sale team immediately again, however I still have to wait 3-5 working days again. I am not too sure how is that a recovery service when the expedite wait time is exactly the same as the usual wait time. 3M I think you guys can do better.
