★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being located at a far end of Sembawang, this kopitiam has less traffic and that has possibly caused the turnover rate of the hawker stalls to be high, and often having empty stalls. Only the tzechar, Indian - Muslim stall, and the anchor stall Char Grill Bar are the constant businesses here. With the new BTOs occupied now, business seem to be improving. Hope they will get more choices here soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chee cheong fun stall has currently three outlets in Singapore I think and recently opened here.
The taste of the food is better at the other two stalls at jalan besar and hougang. Maybe it's because the staff are new but the food can be improved!

It is obviously you heard wrongly on my order and pit the blame onto the pretty cashier aunty insisting that it's her fault that the order was wrong. It did not happen to only me. A buyer before me as well. Please be kind. It happened on 25 Apr 8.25am. Usual coffee aunty is on leave and you are just a part timer.
