★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dubious. Sent a staff to work while he was still under the previous company. Staff requested to go back old company when agency fee was full paid already. In the end, staff was reported sick with 2 weeks medical leave according to agent and agency informed the staff would not coming be back to work so soon. Request to wait or take another new hire but has to wait another 45days.. Refused to refund agnt fee back to company. Cited it's worker issue and nothing to do with their agency. Refunded half amount only upon demanded. As good as cheating money. No service recovery. Stories changes everyday. Dubious agency.
