This block is like a maze at first, B1, B2, B3 carpark and finally #01 is the drop off / pick up point. Carpark walk way needed more light as it is shelter without natural light, it can be dark at times.
The block is near to school, train station, very airy. There is few amenities around. Quiet.
Anyway living condo or HDB is about the same, as long as you have good and considerate neighbors, this place is worth to live.
Ok nice block, cleaner clean to blk as I visited that day.
