★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company delivered a courier to me. First they specify three days period in which delivery could occur. Then I went online to change date, they require you to be available for an entire day, there is no way to specify particular time. What kind of courier company if you need your client to avail themselves an entire day!
Ironically, they ignore my request and still send a guy on the initial date which I already changed. Their courier tried calling me multiple times, when he finally reach me, was rude and obnoxious, demanding to know why it is hard to reach me.
Gosh! I think there are much better and more polite courier out there.
