★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticeably poor service. One cashier got annoyed at me for trying to pay with a large bill (only cash I had). They also don’t provide plastic spoons here (if they do, then the cashier just didn’t want to give me one).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Went into pay a credit card fee, but the lady at the counter with specs incorrectly inputted the information and still took the money. We later confronted her and she denied doing anything wrong even though we were notified that the bill was not paid. Management should really reconsider the lady Longama as she is extremely rude and bad at her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've found everyone in Singapore friendly and helpful until I went in here. The woman yelled at me for trying to buy a Slurpee, saying the machine was out of order, but the side I was using was not. She made a big show of cleaning up the area, like I had made a mess, but I hadn't touched anything. I even paid full price for a half full Slurpee, purchased several other items, said "thank you" and neither worker spoke to me in return. Just unnecessarily rude. I'll walk an extra block to give my money to a better place.
