โ โ โ โ โ I seldom go to 7 11 here. After going today, I remember why. The staff is rude and seems to want to argue. There was a drink on offer - pokka milk vanilla coffee. I thought it applied to the milk coffee too, not just vanilla. Obviously, not very familiar with pokka naming conventions and 7-11 offer tags. Staff went - you can look at the picture right? You yourself said that's the picture of vanilla?
Srsly, I wasn't even arguing or anything. It's like she hated that a customer was even there. Don't think I'll step in again.
With this review, I'll remember.

โ โ โ โ โ Carefully when handling cash changes โ the staff short changed me by half the amount! There wasnโt any likely/possible explanation that they issued that particular amount to me. Literally so different it couldnโt have been a careless mistake. And they complained massively when I corrected them and told them to gave the rest of the change! Very rude.
They did gave the change though, hence the 2 stars
