★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff working at the store located at tampines mart , street 32 has a serious attitude problem . not only me , but a few of my friends have also encountered the same problem . when asked to make payment , the staff replied back very rudely , taking advantage of us as we are students . furthermore , the machine is spoiled , making it inconvenient for students to use their ezlink card for payment . please step up your game and work on that :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am referring to the tmart 7-11...............So I went to this 7-11 2 days ago,the staff (Indian/Malay) is being very rude to customers..not only me. I wanted to use the ez link card to pay and he said dat the machine broke,so I have no cash to pay and I didn’t want to buy the item,but the cashier said “YOU COME TO ME WITH NO CASH? Best la” ....to me,I find this very rude,and I’m just a student,can’t imagine if he said tht to an elderly like that...please,I request for a change in the cashier,his ego is Soo high and he expects better from customers,but the thing is,it’s his choice to work in 7-11 ..so I don’t find the need to be angsty and rude to customers...so please,ITS EITHER HE CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE OR You CHANGE THE CASHIER PLZ,thank you

Edited* : There were 2 staffs, and both went to Macdonalds to buy drink. Shouldn't there be 1 staff at all times even having breaks?
