β β β β β Ur cashier so rude, I want to top up singtel dash $500 she say it's less $3 and complain that don't give coins , very disappointed with her attitude some more she told me go back to my country, what kind of cashier do u have without proper manners.whats the use of being cashier if don't want to count coins?

β β β β β As much as itβs conveniently located, I think the owners need to review the quick and effectiveness of their staffs they hired. Been there a few times, though two or three staffs around, the queue is always just too long. Counter staff seems to be distracted by other non related sales and slow in serving causing queue to be long. Unfortunately people do not have a choice as surrounding areas are being renovated.

β β β β β Early morning I went in and bought one jasmine green tea, auntie with long red hair(cashier) said " this is not the promotional one ah ", i simply responded " yes i know ", then she asked if i wanted one more cause its cheaper 2 for $2.80. I said ok and turned towards the cold beverage area to get another one. Auntie immediately stopped me half way and said i had to pay the first bottle first as though it would make a difference if i get another one before paying it so i did in order to avoid petty conflicts. Just a heads up, Morning shift red long hair auntie is a little egoistic and her being nice feels painful. Probably wouldn't go back.

β β β β β Went there around saturday 27 Feb 2021 (12.30 am). I faced some issue with my paywave via phone and I asked my brother to help me pay first due to me not having my card with me (I tried doing pay wave with phone). The Auntie wearing spectacles(cashier) immediately tsk me and type very forcefully onto the touch screen and mention aiya why so mafan one.
I would like to clarify i receive extremely poor customer service from the auntie and I do understand I am causing slight inconvenience to her. But she have to understand as well there were some issues with my phone hence unable to pay through phone. If not she expect me to take the drinks without paying meh ? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Conveniently located at Admiralty MRT and bus station Kumpang Admiralty Admiralty Place with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Walking distance to Children's playground Woodlands Galaxy Community Club Care Corner Family Service Centre and CDAC @ Woodlands. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.
