Chili is a must have don't forget to ask.
Portion is very big and filling.
Will definitely come back.
Location is a bit further up compared to the pin, not so far down, not so close to the road...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to know abt this place through social media. Just happen i was at blk 82 having my dinner, decided to pop over for to take a look at this stall. I was quite surprised that they were still operating and decided to order and try. They served both white and black carrot cake and prices starts from SGD$3 onwards.
Ordered the black one with less chili. The carrot cake tasted like they were homemade, texture feels different from those factory made. Carrot cake was nicely fried and more on the sweet side. Have to say, owner very generous with the egg, you can actually find huge chunk of egg in it.
Overall, a pretty good plate of fried carrot cake. Would be better if it was less oily.
