★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very convenient, and I have a great view to see, it's very clean (at the moment) since the HDB is still new. There's playgrounds to play and exercise corners. There's also foodfare and a 24 hours UStar Market. So if you're an owl, you can see the peaceful night ahead! There's buses that goes to punggol, bedok and tampines interchange.
