Reliable and trustworthy workshop for your Bimmer ! Owner is very experienced with 20 years in PML . Very friendly , honest and upfront boss. Not intimating, unlike many other workshops. Was quoted for repair and replacement of parts at another BMW specialist workshop for $4000 but get all problems solved here at $1200. Not a budget workshop but a trustworthy one with reasonable price. This workshop can accommodate at least 8 bimmers and yet it is always full.

Boss very knowledgeable and knows to read and understand the fault code very well. Patience and explain my car problem in detail. Solve my issue for less than $700 when my long time workshop quote me more than double that. Oil leak and drivetrain error code is very tricky couple with whistling sound. Will go back for my fuel pump change on my next servicing.

Easily contacted him to discuss the different options and the cost assessment. Dropped the car off in the morning and was able to collect the car by 9PM. He got the job done with good quality in a day including a free car wash.

I had some steering and suspension problems for my old BMW; read the reviews about the boss Cashin and thought I give him a try; it was a BIG mistake! He kept my car for 2 weeks (!!!) and each time I called to inquire, he would say that he was still trying to trace the "knocking sound" that I had complained about. Finally, front absorbers and mountings were changed ( when I asked him what brand was used, he couldn't tell me and had to ask his staff!) together with lower control arms, starter motor and servicing. The total cost came to a massive mid 4 figures! He wanted to present me with a 'lump-sum" invoice. But I insisted on having a breakdown of the parts changed and the costings. He gave it to me reluctantly. Barely a month later, the 'knocking" sound returned and I had to go back to him as the earlier works were still under warranty. This time he said I needed to change both front drive shafts. In other words, he did not resolve the problem properly for me the last time! When I accosted him about this, he said he would give me some discount : in the end it was still a massive 4 figure sum! Overall, it has been a most unpleasant and horrible experience!
