Throughout the design phase, he is patient to answer to all our questions, open to discussion, and gives practical ideas, knowing we have young children in the household.
When the renovation started, he monitors the works closely and coordinated his team well. He is very proactive and responsive, ensuring that all the requirements have been met, following up closely with the schedule and works, and resolving issues that arose all the way. Gives updates to our renovation, assuring us a peace of mind.
The workmanship and quality was good and seems durable as well.
After the renovation was completed, he was responsive in following through the minor defects/modifications.
We are very impressed by the way he managed the project. Greatly appreciated.
