I have been to many suit tailor for several years and A Gentleman's Tale is the first that have ever exceed beyond my expectation. Kenneth is really sincere in helping his clients to find the perfect suit that fits their individual personality and/or how they wish to be portraited. The system that Kenneth has developed really help me to understand myself better and even impaired some knowledge to me on certain fashion aspect I should and should not follow. Great experience tailoring my wedding suit & outfit at A Gentleman's Tale. Kenneth & Lyn are great communicators, wonderful people and highly knowledgeable about tailoring. One of the daunting things about tailoring a wedding suit is the wide variety of fabric and styles available, i.e. the paradox of choice. Kenneth and Lyn efficiently helped us to navigate this by adopting a consultative style of tailoring, offering insights & advice when we got stuck. Crucially, both of them engaged not just me, but my wife as well and Kenneth was keen to ensure that my wedding suit would complement well with my wife's wedding dress colours and design too. From day one, Kenneth asked us about our objectives and what we wanted our final look & wedding to be like. They were interested in our personalities and our story and wanted to make our wedding as ideal as possible, which was notably different from other tailors. Working with A Gentleman's Tail was a really pleasant experience and they provide good value for money, considering the full range of consultative services the team provides. The suit which i tailored was comfortable, stylish and notably, "re-usable" for a variety of occasions (conferences, parties & events). He described and explained every part of the process of making a suit with passion and offered various trivia knowledge around how and why certain things are tailored a certain way. He presented not only choices, but the intention behind each choice so that I could make a well informed decision as I created my suit alongside him. I left this whole experience not only with a suit that I absolutely LOVE, but also with greater knowledge around the process of tailoring.
