★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by my relatives about the Premium tea series that this company is selling as I am a tea lover and I would love to try different kind of tea. I bought 3 different kind of flavour – Sweet Berry, Morning Melody & Greentox Beauty. It comes in tea bags and leaves. So convenient for me to bring to work. The taste of each flavour that I bought is so good! Will definitely purchase other flavours to try and share with my colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking the Sweet Berry Tea as my morning and evening tea time. This tea has incredibly amazing flavour. The smell is so aromatic that it takes the stress away! The taste is so juicy like wild berries and sweet just perfect enough for me. Can never go wrong with this tea for sure. The delivery is also very accurate as it does not keep me waiting.

One of the customer service officer introduced me and convinced me to try this in 50g packet. I did purchased it and received on the same day. I tried and I finished it in just 15mins. It is so yummy that I keep on snacking! On my next purchase, will definitely in 500g packet so I could share with my family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop for premium quality products at reasonable price. I have been referred by a colleague to herbal pharm and now I would refer anyone to start using the products. I been using the turmeric root extract, nature's delight, royal Arabian soap, aleppo soap etc. There's a lot more.
And now, I recieved the Caleneder for 2020 and I gotta say, that's one of a calender that I ever got. From minute detailing to the design it's so beautiful. A PREMIUM calender with top quality design and style. Thank you Herbal Pharm for the 2020 gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication and slow delivery! Ordered for 1-5pm time slot and it has been 11pm and i have yet to receive my parcel!.. I had to cancel my night appointment/plans in anticipation for the arrival of the parcel. But nobody has delivered it or even bothered to inform about the delay. Such a shame.. happened quite a few times already. IF YOU CANNOT PROMISE THE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE THAN DONT MENTION IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please contact me for all the evidences of the inconsistency of the capsule, bottle informations and others. Long story short, expiry dare printed differently, total capsules per bottle written differently (front bottle indicate 60 capsules, back bottle under ingredient list indicated 30 capsules), when tested and did an experiment between the capsule we bought online versus at store, the reaction of the capsule is different. We sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided however no one reply. If anyone doubt this feedback, please reply and get in touch with me. I'm very dissapointed because only then after my mother consume 3 bottles purchased online, we realize the capsules are all not the same as the store ones. No wonder my mother felt inconsistency and sometimes feeling bloated. Herbal Pharm, please look into this seriously. This is no joke.
