★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person didn't bother to show the actual light, but instead only show us catalogue. It takes them 1 hour to generate an invoice and didn't even allow checking before payment.
After payment, we found out that there were a lot of errors with the invoice including a free gift that was charged at full price.
Bought 2 lights of the same model but one is a lot dimmer than the other. Sales person told us that the bulb head can be found and changed easily, however when asked to replace the bulb due to it being too dim, we were told that the bulb head is unique and very hard to find and change.
Overall a really really bad experience. Definitely would avoid at all cost even if it means having to pay double at a more reputable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 sets of the spotlight holder and Osram bulbs for $68 each set. Pricing is not competitive and not transparent. They claimed that the Osram bulbs come with 1 year on-site warranty, but seriously do we need an on-site warranty for light bulbs that are easily changeable? If not because I am in a rush I could have bought this somewhere else for half the price. Furthermore the invoice doesn't provide a breakdown of the individual items. Two stars because they let me collect the items a few minutes past closing.
