โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service and lacking in internal communication. Customer service executive collected payment via iBanking from my company and went ahead to collect the same payment from my worker without verifying the payment status of the bank transfer. Email to request for a refund of the amount was also ignored until we rang up the company. Somehow, the person-in-charge refused to return the amount via iBank or cheque. As of now, our payment is detained in credit.
