AAK Logistics Services Pvt Ltd - Blk 153 Bukit Batok Street 11

I used aak logistics to handle a delivery across the country through Shipley.com I knew the product was eing delivered was fairly fragile so who has shipped countless similar items across the country without problems took extra care to package the item excessively. Upon receiving the delivery the item had been completely destroyed. It had been smashed multiple different times and removed from the pallet and wrapping and strapped to the side of the truck, and inside the van. Every time it was unloaded and reloaded it was flipped upside down or on its side and re strapped down differently, there was not a clean section of the part left, every inch was hammered and it was delivered in pieces. I refused the delivery and have been getting jerked around for six months trying to get my money back for the delivery charges and the insurance payment for the coverage. Aak logistics has been terrible to deal with and I still have not received my money. They are ducking my calls and emails now. I will update this review if they handle my claim, if this review is still up I still have not been taken care of, not at all. STAY AWAY!
