★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interacted with the firm on its "Family Office Funds". Very vague website and description. If it's structuring service, just say so. Call a spate a spate.
Why would I or any HNW individual go through this firm to get structuring advice? The firm doesn't look like it has qualified tax accountants and lawyers highly experienced with structuring.
If I need structuring service, I can go to any of the more reputable structuring firms to get it. I guess Abacus depends on those parties as well. No point getting another intermediary in between, isn't it?
