★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to Wheel Power technology seeking consultation and thought my bike’s tyre deflated, turns out I pump it wrongly. Really thankful to the staff there for teaching me how to pump it correctly without charging me. The best bicycle shop that I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much!!

Send my bike once in awhile to do stuff I am not confident of doing like tuning gears, removing cranks. Never had a problem. Sometimes I am shocked by how low the price can be! Judging from the crowd that come in I am pretty sure it is popular among other people as well!

Collected my ride yesterday (5/6/2021). Felt much smoother after the "overhaul". Was briefed in details on the works carried out, and what to look out for, if touch up need to be done and etc. Satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a very thorough diagnosis of my road bike and fixed for reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. If your bike is expensive and delicate, bring here instead of those random bike shops. I've seen other customers showing up with even more expensive road bikes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, offers good advice and extremely efficient and meticulous in performing the necessary.
Due to that meticulous efficiency, waiting time for him attending to my bike’s repair needs were faster than I had put aside time for even though there were two persons ahead of me.
The repair costs and change of parts were also reasonable if not cheaper than I had anticipated.
I am extremely happy that I found this shop which is not a far walk for me to trudge over with my bike’s flat tyres and other various basic repair needs.
