Absolutely Evelyn is not well equipped to advise on BMSMA. I don't think she can provide arbitration service. After she gave wrong advice, she twisted and turned to hide her mistakes causing more troubles to the estate. She also covered up for council who utilised common fund for unauthorised work. I doubt her level of integrity and professionalism. I do not recommend Absolut Properties.

Multiple feedback on the condo defects were not acted upon, not even acknowledged. Terrible management.

My estate has been so well managed by Gary and his team. His bosses know what they are talking about. Really fortunate to have them managing my place.... Definitely recommend them to those looking for MA services. The founder Everlyn also has very in-depth knowledge of the law and her arbitration training is truly a feather to her cap. The other big boss, Rena also tidied up the mess leftover by the previous MA in the accounting part.... KUDOS TO ABSOLUT!

I would like to commend Absolute in fixing our issue with our developer. My family has been facing leaking issues since day 1 and it was a building defect from the get go. The property officer was very prompt in relaying my concerns to their HQ. All in all, they managed to get it fixed at no cost by the developer. Also, my condo is so beautifully managed. I will recommend them to my other estate for sure.

Dealing with Evelyn was such a breeze! Her knowledge in the by-laws and the Strata Management Act was such a great value add to our estate. Her advices and knowledge surpasses so many other management companies we have dealt with over the last many years! Keep it up Evelyn! Your team is surely one competent bunch.

A company unable to justify how decisions that affect an entire property is reached or even share their decision making process (if any), coupled with poor customer service.

I seldom write review but this is the first time i am so angry with the management/company. Evelyn like to twist her words and avoid answering questions. Always refuse to admit management is at fault. Office number and email is useless. No one replying at all. Worst customer service ever. You pay but they are the boss. Nothing you can do. Poor condo management with no respones. Always give problems to residents and MIA. Random change of rules to inconveinence the residents instead of helping. Management fees are charged very high but very little or close to no maintainence are done to the condo. Condo is in very bad shape. Only live there for 1 year but problems face are alot. 1)No bbq pit 2)swimming pools tiles not change(very sharp edges) 3) lift constant break down 4)electronic car park break down always 5)main gate break down at peak hour(car stuck cant be used) 6)lift buttons spoiled but not change during the 1year. (Use scotch tape to tape it back in place) 7)random clamping of vehicles. When confronted, replied was they make a mistake after waiting for 1hour 15mins. I read through and realise that the negative review given is very true. I wonder how did they manage to get 5 star review.
