Dear Sir/Madam @Abwin Car Pte Ltd, I shopped around for a Harrier during the CARnival on Sat, 30 Jul 2016 at Ubi Automobile Megamart. Feeling exhausted with all the hard sell, I decided to return on Sun afternoon. However, I was turned away by the rude carpark officials and left although I had a prior appointment thru a telephone enquiry with J Ong from your company. On Mon late afternoon, I decided to drop by at Abwin Car as I recalled the professional response, apology & a listening ear from J Ong about the carpark officials. I gave a hard time of haggling and what eventually made me signed on the dotted line is the patience and friendly service rendered by this young sales executive. This included bringing me to check out the color of the car at the warehouse. Thanks for the great shopping experience your company provides and it is this personable service that differentiates your company from most of the showrooms there. Jia You Abwin Car, Jia you J Ong!

Recently I bought a car from Abwin at the Car Show and it was a young lady who serve me. I was very fast in my decision and only spend 5 minutes as I know what I want. It was a guaranteed COE price. They promise the delivery of the car by July or August. I am ok with it. But after 2 COE biddings, I didnt hear anything so I went to Showroom to ask about the status as some friends had bought later than me already got their cars. She said have not bid for me yet and will try next round. I am ok with it but her attitudes is bo chap type. My friend who is also a car dealer checked for me online and found that I was successful with the COE so the next day I called her and she said that she will check but didnt revert to me so I called her again and she said that yes I was successful in the bidding. When I asked her when I can have my car, she said that she has to check whether there is any stock of the car. Again she didnt come back with an answer. I was frustrated as she does not do her job as a car salesman and had to be prompted time to time to get things done. When finally, I went to collect the car on the day, she forgot all the accessories that were promised. To make matters worst, after driving the car out within 20 minutes she called that she had given me the wrong key and want me to turn back. Through the years , I have purchased cars from direct dealers like Borneo Motor, Kah Motor and Komoco Motor and Volkswagon, I do not faced all these problems and they are much more professional in their dealings. I began to suspect whether I am her first customer and thus she is still very new in her job but at least the Company should let a more senior staff to guide her instead of making all the mistakes and inconvenience me all the times. There were no apologies from her. Now I understand the difference in buying a car from parallel import and distributor is a lot of differences in terms of service and quality.

My pal got a van from them and well now he wishes he didn’t. The van failed inspection and had a number of items that weren LTA approved resulting in the van requiring major works to get it able to be on the road. Then worse off the vehicle engine has serious problems. I feel really sorry for my pal.
