To all MCST officer holders, I would sincerely recommend Ace Decision as your preferred choice of Managing Agent (MA). It is a decision that will pay off dividends soon as Ace Decision is a top notch MA that is professional and competent. Like the readers of this review, our MCST chanced upon Ace Decision through Google when we were searching for a new MA. Naturally, as per any process that involves due diligence, we compared a few MAs before finally deciding to go ahead with Ace Decision. Even before they took over our estate, their response (during the enquiry phase) was the promptest and most accommodating. Once they officially took over our estate, we are certainly glad and grateful (perhaps also scratching our heads why we never replaced our old MA earlier) as Ace Decision has run our estate ably and delivered on every front that a MCST can dream of. To drive home this point, let me just quote an example (as shown in my picture). When I first viewed my current property in June 2017, the carpark ramp lights were not working. It remained in this kaput state as the previous MA was unable to rectify it (throwing in excuses like the lights will get shorted once it rains). Well, lo and behold, the carpark ramp lights have finally been lit since January 2022 and still alive throughout the past few months of torrential rain. While some may deem this as a trivial matter, I deem this as an indication of Ace Decision's excellent performance as if they even bother to care about the small details (and not give up like the previous MA), it certainly stands to reason that they will definitely be up for the bigger tasks as well (which is the present case as well). I also want to give a shoutout to Ms Kelly Wu whom our MCST works with closely and is still about the estate actively when she is heavily pregnant in her 3rd Trimester (just today she climbed 4 stories of stairs in my abode). To conclude, Ace Decision is a gem of a MA that every MCST should consider if they are looking for professionalism, value-for-money, consistent and quality performance.
