I spoke with him in English that I want a packet of cigarette. Together with the brand, color and length. But he stared at me in puzzled. So I tried again but in mandarin this time with the brand, color and length.
To my surprised, he told me off as if it was my fault. He told me in a rude and impatient manner that next time said everything all at one time.
Omg! I were like thinking what was wrong with him. He was doing nothing basically at that moment when I reached the cashier and there was no other customers waiting behind me.
Such an unpleasant trip. Next time I will definitely check first who is doing the night shift cashier/staff before I patronize your shop again.
