I really appreciate the good job done by Shane and Ace's Design. I was looking for an ID firm to renovate my parent's house and decided to engage Shane after comparing quotes and meeting up with few other ID firms. Shane was attentive to my requirements and came up with professional advices and suggestions to make the layout better. He was also very prompt in answering my queries and providing me with solutions. During the renovation, Shane had visited the site frequently to oversee the whole process and made sure that the work is done according to schedule and updated us on the progress regularly. Overall, my parents are very pleased with the new house as it was exactly what we wanted in terms of the concept. Also, the quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. Shane and Alex helped my home renovation. They are very professional, patient and responsive. They understood my requirement and provided a lot of advice. I told them that my budget was very tight, Shane and Alex tried their best to keep the renovation cost within my budget. The renovation was on time schedule and could be completed within two months. Engaged Zen and Alex to renovate my Condo. Not only they completed in record time but with really quality of work, patience and great workmanship. We did not have much time after handover of our previous flat. Alex and Zen have been really time sensitive, arranged all the work meticulously. The reason we chose Sean as our ID is that he is able to provide us with quality services and at the same time competitive prices. He listened very patiently to our every single request and meet them as best he can. Time is our biggest concern. He speeds up the progress as much as possible for us, basically completes the work within the date we required, and allows us to move in. My husband and I are quite busy with our work and we are not really the creative type. So we were initially afraid that our house renovation will not turn out nice. But after meeting Shane and seeing his portfolio, we were assured. Eventually, we let Shane choose our laminates for us and we were so happy with the end result! We are pleased with the workmanship quality and his quotation is quite reasonable too!

The journey of 'buying' to the 'renovation' my four room flat was extremely challenging mainly due to the timeline and budget. I have my idea of a ' Dream Home' and bearing in mind I am bearing the finances by myself. I am so thankful to have Ace's Design as my Interior Design company, probably one of the best decision I have made in my life. :D My ID, Sean Sim sat down and patiently listened to my very 'unrealistic' wishlist - industrial/ retro look (I know that!). He analyzed what I want for the concept of my home, suggested alternatives and prioritized the 'needs' and 'wants'. When I first saw the Artist impression, I was so excited and WOW with the proposed design! And it is within my budget limit! Sean proposed some bold changes in colors, we selected different materials/ lamination for my Kitchen/ bathrooms, vinyl flooring + some changes to the lightings. There were actually quite a few 'structures' in the living room that had made it look very space limiting and he suggested to hack it off to make more space. It may seems not alot, but it did make a very huge difference to my house. THIS IS really Experience and Creativity. I was nearly conned for a 2nd hand aircon unit and thankfully Sean given me some advices. My Project Manager Trevis is such a darling. He had gone through the extra + extra + extra miles to assist me with almost every single things I needed for the house. My concern (after settling on budget) is the timeline of moving in as I will need to leave my rented place within 3 weeks to a month. It is a very short timeline given to Sean and Trevis to work on, but they had done their best to rush it out for me, and I managed to move in within my timeline. Ace's Design is Reliable, Professional, Creative and has Integrity. They have created visually pleasing rooms and spaces are functional and safe. This is so importantly to me during this period of ' Work from Home'/ 'Stay home to keep safe'. I finally have my Dark and Moody but Cosy home! Oh yes! One of the most important points for me, their ' aftersales' service - IS TREMENDOUS! No matter the size, I am sure Ace's Design will be able to create the best layout/ design to make the most of your home. I will highly recommend Ace's Design as your Interior Designer. Once again, thank you Sean and Trevis! Can't thank you enough!

Danial appeared to understand my requirements and style the best of all the IDs I met early this year. He certainly brings a contemporary and creative approach to the project. As the designer of my kitchen, the most important thing to me was the design, and he understood that and was able to offer me a proposal that met all my requirements, even down to the height of the counter to suit my height. To ensure that the colours, textures, and design of the whole apartment came together, he kept the rest of the rooms as minimal and homely as possible. What impressed me was the design details he suggested, seemingly minute but had spectacular results. He pays attention to minor concise details. The material for my wardrobe (lamination) matched my tiles so the floor flows up to the wardrobe seamlessly. The soothing colors he chose exemplified exactly what I had in mind. Tiles have been laid in a way that flows from the entrance of the house to the rooms, thus creating a very stylish layout. I really appreciate your creative vision and understanding. Future IDs should be more proactive like Danial if there's anything I wish for. Despite the complexity of this project, as well as his other projects, he managed to address any concerns from his clients and established a good rapport. Danial is a great choice if you're looking for an intelligent ID and someone who meets your requirements.
