Lousy Computer and always spoilt. I should not buy ACER computer. Called in customer service, the service is very bad. I have purchased this acer laptop in December 2020. Within the first month of usage, the laptop has numerous problems. The laptop keep auto shut down many times. I have tried various methods but its still the same. The above event happened within the first month of purchase. I thought of giving some time to observe these problems however the problems have only worsened. If you want to buy a computer "DO NOT BUY ACER". Buy it at your own risk. You will face many problem. There are no onsite repair even with warranty. You have to pay for onsite repair.

Perfect machine for photography editing, thanks to the powerful graphics card, it's effortless for me to Edit photos using complex actions without the need to wait, a fantastic gaming experience. Able to handle Singaporean heat and humidity thanks to the powerful GPU/CPU dual fans. Great local Singaporean warranty. Stay away from the grey market and buy directly from the Acer E-shop.

Lousy Computer I have purchased this acer laptop in December 2020. Within the first month of usage, the laptop has numerous problems. 1) The laptop has failed to sleep/hibernate many times. I have tried various methods to put it to sleep from pressing the power button, to the sleep button. The screen turns black, however when I try to turn the laptop on the next day, the battery will be flat and will need charging. 2) The laptop overheated while on sleep mode overnight. (happened 3 times in total) Thereafter, the laptop would not even turn on for 6-12 hrs and would only on after charging and also when the laptop has cooled down. The above 2 events happened within the first month of purchase. I thought of giving some time to observe these problems however the problems have only worsened.

Their service was decent the waiting time was quick. Service personnel was polite and friendly to customer. On the other hand, unfortunately my gaming laptop couldn't start up and I was just bought less than a month ago. Come on Acer what's wrong with your quality?

I was sceptical after read the online reviews about Acer products (after-sales service). Despite having this feeling, I decide to write in to inquiry about the keyboard defects (paint chipped) after owning for 6months. The replied was standard format aka "SOP", with that I didn't give up and proceed to call-in to inquiry before making my trip from Tampines to Jurong East- IBP. Again the same reply, is to bring it to the customer service center to perform diagnostic before further action can be taken. Repair works might takes 2 - 4 weeks and I was like :-S .. after explaining myself (only have 1 working laptop) to the operator, she replied this is a only way if I would like claim for warranty. Not helping & ain't friendly at all !! Disappointed totally. With all the above negative answers, I still didn't give up ! Decide to take day off to travel to give a try @ the customer service center. Hopefully there are some nice souls can resolve the my issue. True enough, I met this nice gentleman - Mr. Saiful, after showed the defect area, he took the laptop and proceed to diagnose. After waited for 15mins , he returns with the fixed buttons on my laptop. I was very very.. impressive with the work and service ! What an awesome day and people I met ! Before leaving the center, I felt that some 'negative' online reviews are questionable. Try it yourself with a polite and honest approach, result might turn out to be a GOOD and memorable ones. I am definitely recommend their service and to many nice souls there. Thank you again to Mr. Saiful ! All the best to you and family :-) Hope my small write up help you too. Good day ahead.

I telling u ah acer call center is the worst. I dunno where the call center from. The customer service rep that took my call even has a dog barking in the background. My laptop was send for repair because the screen blacked out. Then they took ages to fix. And till now for over 2 weeks still waiting for parts. I dunno what parts they waiting for. Why need more than 2 weeks? It's ridiculous.I am no longer buying acer. I think aftershock is much better. Or even lenovo. Dun waste your money buy Acer.

Extremely unhelpful service centre especially counter staff Saiful. You refuse and failed to discharge your job responsibilities to provide customer service and purposely make things extremely difficult and inconvenient customers. Really regret buying Acer notebook. No more Acer after this BAD experience. My Acer laptop malfunction within few months of purchase, < 1 year.

The 3rd time this BSOD happened again. This brand is the worst tech experience. The service centre staff have no autonomy and they are absolutely inefficient.
