Anyway, for everyone info, ACER is not a good product anymore.

β β β β β Technical support is good but the waiting time is long..
There were 4 numbers ahead of me and I waited for an hour, have to leave my laptop with the acer repair centre for/within 14 days to get it fixed depending on the parts availability..
My laptop is still within the warranty period hence there wasnt any charges.. otherwise for non warranty products, a minimum of sgd 53.50 is imposed for verification charge.. refer to the photo for the service rates acer charges.. enquired the replacement of new laptop battery as well, it costs sgd 169 with 6 months warranty..
Around 12 minutes walking distance from Jurong East MRT..

β β β β β Totally useless and unhelpful staff. Brought my laptop which had a faulty start up (blue screen) and the staff said this cannot be fixed as my laptop is too old and parts are obsolete. Took it to neighbourhood shop and for $150 not only was it working perfectly again, they repaired the speakers and helped to install latest version of Windows - 10 (it was previously on Windows 7 I think). Acer svc centre is totally useless. Don't bother wasting your time and transport to go there. Would give - 5 stars if I could.

β β β β β Customer service 3/5 - Customer service is just average, and also they did not contact me to tell me that my laptop has repaired finished.
Repair 5/5 - Although I waited about close to 3 weeks, they replaced the current i5 motherboard to a i7 one, so in a way is a free upgrade.

β β β β β I came here in the early afternoon to fix my laptop and there wasn't much of a waiting time. The service staff were very helpful, he inspected my laptop very carefully and helped me to get my LCD casing and bottom casing replaced (even though I had only brought it in for cracks on the LCD case). They kept to their warranty policy and charged me zero fees. Really happy with my experience!

β β β β β 5 star for fast service. Opens 9-12 on saturday. Minus 1 star cos it is very out of the way. The service guy is polite and fast. A long walk from jurong east mrt. Got mine covered under warranty so it is hassle and payment free.

β β β β β Went there to get my PC fixed. There were about 11 or 12 people in front of me and I had to wait for around 1 and a half hours to be serviced.
The service officer was quite nice and advised that I don't send the computer in for checks as there is a $50 checking fee regardless of whether they can fix it or not. He mentioned that they no longer carry any of the spare parts of my PC (Hard drive, motherboard or graphics card), so they will not be able to do any replacement. In any case a replacement motherboard will cost in the region of $700 so I might as well buy a new PC.
Didn't get my computer fixed but was grateful for the advice offered.

β β β β β Bought the laptop in March and used only twice before blue screen starts appearing. Returned to the Harvey Norman outlet and looked for the salesman that attend to me and he told me that the software was outdated. He informed me to go to the Acer Service Centre to get it installed and updated. Was a little unhappy cos it was pretty far from where i live and i was expecting up-to-date models lolll. Nevertheless, I went over to the Service Centre on a Saturday (9AM-12PM) and there werenβt many people. I waited for about 10 mins and it was my turn. The service guy was really nice and assist to install the relevant software. I had to continue updating it when i get back home. Took about another 2 hrs to get it all installed. All in all, great experience.
