★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent from the start to the end of our trip. We were met by their service rep, and brought to the marina / boat, where we were promptly served with drinks and a wet towel.
Skipper Andy and his crew were polite and funny. He took us to see the Singapore skyline from the sea. Thereafter, we went to Lazarus Island and they set up the floats, kayaks and helped us with food prep.
Their service level has to be experienced. Really a 5 star service, and you can see their passion and joy for what they do.
Definitely will sail with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a friend's proposal on one of Achates's yachts, and enjoyed every moment of it. The crew is very well versed in setting things up beforehand, very friendly in engaging with us, and very subtle in their hints and help.
Super enjoyable experience even afterwards, where we were serving celebratory champagne. Chatted with us, helped us with glasses with cleaning up, etc.
The highlight was probably how they sailed us around the night sights around The Flyer. Allowed us to see Singapore in another light. Before we headed back to the One15 Marina to dock.
